ABOUT US
The company began in 1987 under the name of T�rkkan
M�hendislik Hizmetleri with the structural design of
reinforced concrete structures and continued with the
foundation of ART-YOL M�hendislik Mimarl�k �n�aat
Taahh�t Ltd �ti. in 1992. We began our construction
Works as a subcontractor on a junction of the
K�nal�-Sakarya highway that we carried out together with
STFA in 1992. Then we continued with the construction of
1050 immigrant residential buildings as a subcontractor
of TEKSER �n�aat.
In 1994, though still unknown in Turkey, we had a chance
to design and carry out a seismic reprofit application
of 4 blocks of 12 storeyed reinforced concrete building
in Maltepe- Istanbul, under the consultancy of Istanbul
Technical University. We used our knowledge and
experience during the design, construction and
rehabilitation of the buildings which were damaged by
fire and damaged during earthquakes. After the 1999
Kocaeli and 2002 Afyon- Sultanda� earthquakes, we
undertook important tasks as a company. In 1996, we
entered the exterior heat isolation sector under the
name of OMEGA. The importance of this sector has been
discovered in the last one of the two years as important
firms began to enter this sector. We applied this system
with success on many prestigious buildings.
Due to a large number of important projects that we have
been involved in since the foundation of our company, we
had the chance to follow technological advances in the
world of construction. ART-YOL M�HEND�SL�K which was
restructed in 1998, provides services in subject of
STRUCTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF CONSTRUCTION
PROJECTS, BUILDING CONTRACTOR BUSINESS AND SALE AND
APPLICATION OF CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS with so
specialized technical personel. Today our company has
become the leader in its field and it also provides
consultancy services. Our firm completes all the work
that it undertakes in time to take references and it
walks ahead confidently never disobeying the principles
of engineering or making concessions in regard to good
faith and honesty.
OUR AIM
Our aim, is to sustain as the most reliable company in
local market and be the most reliable company in the
global construction market. While growing we will stick
to honesty principles as we did before. To preserve from
economical recessions and downswings, we prefer
increasing the efficiencies rather then decreasing the
business volume.
